Age: 5-9 (Co-Ed)
A safe NON-CONTACT way to teach children the rules and techniques of rugby by using flags as a substitute for tackling. Simple running and passing drills through the use of games keeps kids active and learning

*Children may be moved to higher or lower levels according to the Long Term Athlete Development Plan (LTAD) and with parent/guardian permission.

A contact team that practices with the senior women on Monday and Wednesday nights. They participate in summer tournaments throughout the summer

U18 Lasses (Women)
Train to Compete, Train to Win, Active for Life
A contact team that practices on Monday and Wednesday nights. They generally have seven season game (Found under Schedule and Calendar) along with semi-finals and finals
